A favorite flavor I picked up from Carpigiani’s gelato school combining two of my favorite things: Cold Brew and Gelato. Being particular to bright, fruity and expressive beans in my cold brew, we will be showcasing a variety of single origin beans (usually Ethiopian) and leaving them to infuse in a simple white base overnight.
